The company
Bûmerang, the first spanish circular economy startup with a digital system of reusable packaging for takeaway and delivery food.
The challenge
Create a work methodology for the startup including all areas (product, tech, marketing, sales, business, operations). We were using and agile method but only for product and tech so we needed something that worked for everyone.
Pain points
- Communication and coordination problems between departments.
- Projects that get stuck for too long.
- Projects or tasks that are created and are not related to any business goal.
Goals of the project
- Work as a multidisciplinary team promoting collaboration and with a common goal.
- Have a global and specific vision of the projects and tasks in a single board.
- Achievable and smaller projects to make it easier to work and follow the process.
- Delivery value every week (internally and externally).
- The whole team can understand what is going on.
- Have a clean, tidy and updated backlog.
